For a more pastel colour set they do a pack of three cream, light green and pink floral tights that are 80% cotton, 18% nylon and 2% elastane in sizes from 0-3 months to 12-18 months. They also have absolutely loads of other choice in all sorts of colours and materials.
You can even get newborn baby tights and baby tights are the perfect way to keep your baby warm and toasty but they can really make any little outfit. Baby tights are also a great way to vary an outfit without spending lots of money as your baby can wear different colour and patterned tights with the same little dress or skirt and it will look like a completely different outfit. When they are growing so quickly this makes a lot of sense, as you’ll soon be buying bigger clothes anyway.
Mothercare also do some lovely baby tights, including a gorgeous gift pack of Special Collection baby tights, two pairs of cream cotton rich tights, one pair with neutral stripes and one pair with a pretty neutral flower chain pattern, in sizes 0-3 months – 18 -24 months, that comes in a lovely gift bag.
If your little one has sensitive skin or you are feeling environmentally conscious you can even get baby tights made from organic cotton. You’ll have to search around for these but more and more brands are starting to make these now.
As well as the super-funky, chunky knit, brightly coloured tights you can get there are plenty of more traditional styles of baby tights out there. If you need your little one to look smart for a special occasion you might want some plain coloured or soft lacy tights, or some pretty frilly-bottom baby tights.
